Connect your mailbox in 2 minutes
TraXmark reads and sends e-mail through your own mailbox. Setup takes about two minutes and you never give us your password.
What you need
- Your e-mail address (login),
- an app password — a one-time password you generate in your provider's
panel (not your regular password). Gmail and Microsoft 365 do not need one: they use a "Continue with Google / Microsoft" sign-in instead.
Three steps
1. Pick your provider. In Settings → Mailboxes choose your provider (home.pl, OVH, IONOS, Strato, Zoho, WP, o2, Interia, Proton Mail Bridge). The server addresses, ports and encryption are filled in automatically. 2. Generate an app password. Click the help link under the form — it takes you to your provider's documentation with short step-by-step instructions. 3. Paste and confirm. Enter your login and the app password, then press Confirm. You will see a green "Connected" status right away.
Not sure? The form checks every field as you type and tells you in plain language what is wrong.
Gmail and Microsoft 365
Click Connect Google or Connect Microsoft. We only ask to read subjects and bodies of e-mails and to send e-mails — nothing else. You see the exact list before you continue, and you can disconnect at any time.
Is it safe?
- Credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never shown again.
- Disconnecting removes the credentials permanently (purge).
- You stay in control: every permission can be revoked in your provider's
panel.
FAQ
eM Client / Thunderbird / Zoho — does it work?
Yes. The mail app on your computer does not matter — eM Client, Thunderbird, Zoho Mail, Outlook or anything else can keep working next to TraXmark. What matters is your e-mail provider: as long as it offers IMAP access and app passwords, TraXmark connects to it directly. One mailbox can serve both your desktop client and TraXmark at the same time.
My provider is not on the list
Choose Custom server and enter the IMAP/SMTP addresses and ports from your provider's help pages. The wizard validates the ports and tests the connection before saving.
I use Proton Mail
Install the official Proton Mail Bridge, sign in, and pick "Proton Mail Bridge" in the wizard. Paste the password shown by the bridge app — the local server settings are filled in automatically.
Something went wrong
The status card tells you in plain language what happened: wrong password, server unreachable, or too many attempts (wait 15 minutes). Use Reconnect for a one-click retry.
